書中詮釋了執(zhí)行力的內(nèi)涵，所謂執(zhí)行力即貫徹力度，基本觀念就是人的思想。執(zhí)行力來自于競爭力，競爭力給我們形成了壓力，而這種壓力造成了自身的危機(jī)感。對于一個(gè)公司而言，真正關(guān)鍵不是產(chǎn)品，是人，人的差異決定一切。各部門只有改變員工的思想，樹立危機(jī)意識(shí)，擁有一支拼命學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身的執(zhí)行力和自身素質(zhì)的精英團(tuán)隊(duì)，發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力，深入到基層，去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、思考問題、解決問題，抓住細(xì)節(jié)，深入跟進(jìn)，認(rèn)真做好自己的每一項(xiàng)工作，企業(yè)才能貫徹它的執(zhí)行力，才能把想法和目標(biāo)跟方向整個(gè)的落實(shí)。
執(zhí)行力的強(qiáng)弱反映了各部門的管理水平，更體現(xiàn)在每一員工的精神面貌上，它無時(shí)不在影響著我們每個(gè)部門、每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工作。那么，如何提高執(zhí)行力，通過對本書的學(xué)習(xí)，我有以下幾點(diǎn)心得體會(huì)：
一、要激發(fā)全體干部職工對企業(yè)的目標(biāo)、策略和各項(xiàng)制度的認(rèn)同感，使其發(fā)揮內(nèi)心深處最大的潛能，用良好的心態(tài)，愉快的精神和飽滿的工作熱情來完成自己的每一項(xiàng)工作。
二、為使執(zhí)行力有前進(jìn)的方向，需要對各部門、各崗位的職責(zé)范圍、衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及完成時(shí)限進(jìn)行細(xì)分和量化。
三、建立良好的管理機(jī)制。制度和規(guī)定都是為了幫助員工更好的工作，是提供方便而不是為了約束，是為了規(guī)范其行為而不是一種負(fù)擔(dān)。
四、廣電行業(yè)面臨挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,人才建設(shè)尤為重要。積極選擇合適的人到恰當(dāng)?shù)膷徫簧?，做到知人的基礎(chǔ)上善任，不僅有眼光識(shí)人，又要有魄力用人。
